Theodore<b> </b>Roosevelt was the 26th President of the United States, his link with bears results from a hunting trip in 1902 where he refused to kill a captured black bear for the sake of the kill.<br /><br />Of course in our household this means that the competition for female bears can be fierce from the very moment they arrive. Despite this most of the female bears in our house group together and ignore the boys.<br /><br />Of course some bears do pair up but in general the girls are much less interested in the boys than the boys are in getting the attention of the girls. If there are no humans around to oblige with a cuddle they have a tendency to cuddle each other - earning themselves additional cute factors! Of course the best cuddle comes from their human and leaves them warm all the way through.<br /><br />Of course Bears also understand that the cuddle is part of their job description and a good cuddle can make everything right with the word.
